KRIPALU YOGA - Private/ semi-private lessons

Kripalu Yoga stretches and tones muscles and aids in the release of chronic tension, while arming you with the tools to calm restless thoughts and cultivate confidence. Invite your body to luxuriate in 'de-stress' and leave one hour later feeling deeply refreshed.
The intimate setting and supportive attention of your Yoga Personal Trainer is a great way for beginners to immerse themselves into yoga, and for experienced yogis to deepen their practice.
What to expect
Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each session is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation. Class levels range from gentle to vigorous depending on each individual's needs and goals.
About the teacher
Yoga Personal Trainer, Lisa Smith-Edry, is a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher and a trained Zen Mettabhavana Meditation practitioner. She has taught for over ten years and also runs a children's summer camp business with her husband, David. Lisa specializes in private training rather than group classes, as she enjoys the opportunity to help others learn about their own bodies and cultivate the teacher within themselves.

Soothe tired muscles, release stress and enliven your senses with a Swedish massage using your choice of aromatherapy essential oil and flower essence infused blends to INVIGORATE, CALM, BALANCE or PURIFY.
INTEGRATIVE THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE - ESALEN SWEDISH -
(50 Min) $75 - (75 Min) $110
Based on the Esalen Swedish Integrative approach of connecting all areas of the body, this massage incorporates long effleurage strokes as well as other integrative inspired techniques. This Swedish table massage applies light to medium pressure.
EN-SUITE COUPLES MASSAGE - (50 Min) $180 - (75 Min) $250
You don't have to leave your room— two therapists will work simultaneously in the private environs of your own suite. Spend quiet time together in a relaxing, rejuvenating Swedish based session.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE - (50 Min) $90 - (75 Min) $135
Heavy pressure applied to free congested, bound, or blocked areas - may include Sports Massage and Swedish techniques.
SPORTS MASSAGE - (50 Min) $90 - (75 Min) $135
Combining various sports massage techniques for event preparation, recovery or injury therapy, this massage includes Neuromuscular Therapy, PNF Stretching, Trigger Point/Counterstrain and other therapeutic techniques.
PRE- NATAL MASSAGE - (50 Min) $90
Soothing, relaxing, energizing, a necessary gift for the mom to be. Extra attention is given to the special needs and areas of tension during pregnancy. Therapists are trained in the specific requirements and techniques of pre-natal massage.
REFLEXOLOGY - ZONE THERAPY -(50 Min) $90
Your Ears, Hands and Feet contain a map of your entire body. Connecting into the meridian system via the nerves, Reflexology applies specific pressure to these three areas, releasing muscle acid deposits that prevent healthful system function and awakening the flow of life force throughout your body.
THAI YOGA MASSAGE - (75 Min) $135
Originating over 2000 years ago in India, THAI YOGA MASSAGE combines Tui Na, an ancient form of rhythmic acupressure, with assisted passive yoga stretches. THAI YOGA MASSAGE takes place on a mat placed on the floor with the client fully clothed in loose fitting comfortable attire. Relying on traction and guided pressure THAI YOGA MASSAGE works deep into the fascia gently and quickly opening the body structure. It restores fatigued, bound and inflexible muscle conditions, leaving you refreshed as after a yoga class.
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY- (50 Min) $90
This profound hands-on energetic session harmonizes the foundational rhythms of the body restoring the natural self-healing mechanisms. This therapy is DEEPLY RELAXING - plan to rest for awhile after your session.
ENERGY BALANCING/REIKI/QUANTUM TOUCH - (50 Min) $75
Gentle energy currents are used to clear areas of constriction and to restore balance to the body's energy field (aura) and energy centers (chakras).
Massage Therapy Policies:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will give you time to unwind and to fill out a brief intake form.
Gratuities are not included in prices. While not required, gratuities are gratefully accepted when you feel that you have received exceptional service.
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations after 24 hours or no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the cost of scheduled services.
In room Swedish massages are available, as space permits, at a rate of $90 per 50 minute session.
